Description: Folded models show geometric constraints used in stents, deployable shelters, and space structures.

Objective

Connect folds, angles, and tessellations to real applications.

Materials

- Colored A3/A4 paper, thick backing card
- Rulers, pens, glue

Procedure

1. Fold classic bases (Miura, waterbomb).
2. Measure angles and note symmetry.
3. Relate patterns to compact-to-expanded mechanisms.
4. Exhibit labeled use cases.

Conclusion

Origami encodes geometry that translates into functional designs.
